Job Description
The Housing Rebuild Project Manager plays a vital leadership role in restoring 19 homes lost during the 2023 Bush Creek East Wildfires as part of SteS Recovery & Rebuild Initiative. This is a position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on project management to deliver safe, high-quality homes that meet community needs and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential or community-scale construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, permitting, building codes, and project delivery frameworks
- PMP (Project Management Professional) designation or equivalent is preferred
