We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise Latam Sales team focused on driving new business. This is a player-coach role. You will actively manage and mentor a team of Account Executives while also leading strategic sales cycles with key prospects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success as an Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive in SaaS sales, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or player/coach capacity.
- Proven track record of building and leading high performing enterprise sales teams.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business in large or strategic accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior-level executives.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
