Job Description
EngFlow is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support customer onboarding and ongoing use of their cloud-based, distributed service. The role involves troubleshooting, optimizing build workflows, and collaborating with engineering teams. The company is backed by investors and focuses on accelerating software builds and improving productivity for developers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
- Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
- Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.
