Job Description
EngFlow is a remote software development platform helping developers save time by optimizing build processes. They are seeking an Implementation Engineer to provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve build workflows. This role focuses on building a world-class user experience and fostering a supportive development ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
- Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
- Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.
