Job Description
EngFlow helps developers accelerate software builds and tests with cloud-based, distributed services. They are looking for an Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for customers, troubleshoot issues, and optimize their use of EngFlow's products. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and contributing to a strong support culture.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing and new customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build system and integration issues.
- Partner with Engineering to surface bug reports and feature feedback.
- Create and maintain internal documentation.
