Requirements

- Previous experience in a call center or customer relations
- Solid knowledge of PC operation
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to analyze quickly and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Service Suite, Urgaz, Mediatel, and SAP systems
- Experience in the natural gas industry
