Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Previous experience in call centres or customer relations
- Solid PC operation knowledge
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to analyze quickly and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Service Suite, Urgaz, Mediatel and SAP systems (advantage)
- Previous experience in the natural gas sector (advantage)
