Job Description
The Performance Engineer II will provide data analytics support for ENGIE North America's renewable assets across the USA. The role involves improving and optimizing the performance of operational Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites using advanced analytics, data visualization, and performance indicator reporting.
Requirements
- Maintain tools that monitor the overall performance and availability of the operating fleet
- Develop and implement advanced analytics to proactively identify failure modes and provide operations with actionable insights
- Support field operations with equipment testing and data collection
- Participate in detailed analysis and investigations during equipment failures or other underperformance issues
- Improve KPI reporting tools and dashboards
