Project Management Director responsible for executing capital projects under the ENGIE Capital Projects organization at the Ohio State University. Provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in capital project management, utility infrastructure, or industrial construction
- Minimum five (5) years in a senior leadership role managing teams of project managers or construction professionals
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex high-value projects safely and successfully
- Deep understanding of project controls, contract management, and risk mitigation
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Experience with Public-Private Partnership (P3) environments
- PMP certification is desirable
