Job Description
The Property Executive (I) is responsible for supervising a team of in-house maintenance staff, carrying out regular inspections, obtaining quotations, and scheduling maintenance works. The role also involves handling inter-tenancy fitting out works, conducting safety briefings, and updating documentation.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Building Services/M&E Engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience in managing office building
- Able to manage & lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M&E term contractors
