Job Description
We are seeking a Property Executive (I) to supervise a team of in-house maintenance staff and carry out regular inspections of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services. The role involves obtaining quotations, planning preventive and corrective maintenance works, and handling inter-tenancy fitting out works. The ideal candidate will have a degree/diploma in Building Services/M&E Engineering, at least 2 years of experience in managing office buildings, and good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Building Services/M&E Engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience in managing office buildings
- Able to manage & lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M&E term contractors
- Preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters
- Experience in QS will be an added advantage
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
