Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Climate Engineering, Energy, Building, or Industry
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the CVC maintenance sector
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial flair
