We are looking for a Team Leader, Operations to manage a profit center dedicated to energy services in the CVC field with our customers Habitat and Collectivities. Your main missions are to manage a team of 11 operational employees, ensure the good optimization of human and organizational resources, and guarantee the energy management of installations.

• Manage a team of 11 operational employees
• Ensure the good optimization of human and organizational resources
• Manage a portfolio of clients and technically follow up on major maintenance contracts
• Pilot preventive and corrective maintenance services
• Guarantee the energy management of installations
• Ensure a proximity relationship with customers
• Follow up, report, and guarantee the financial performance of your profit center
