The Department Head of Exploitation will develop their portfolio by managing a 50-employee Exploitation Department, in compliance with the regulatory framework of the group and its procedures.
Requirements
- Operational Management: managerial animation, team accompaniment, support for the two team leaders in place.
- Financial management: budget management, performance follow-up, regular reporting.
- Customer Relations: development, renegotiation, and valorization of contracts.
- Technical follow-up: supervision of P1/P2/P3/P5 services.
- Managerial Animation: team involvement, maintenance of a good social climate.
