Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Property Manager to implement smaller repairs and maintenance work at our industrial customer in Hamburg-Norderstedt. You will work with a team of technicians and be responsible for customer-oriented customer care, walk-throughs and inspections, and more.
Requirements
- Completed training in a vocational field
- First professional experience in a comparable position as a house manager, building technician, object technician, or a profession with a technical background
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1) and a valid work permit
- High communication and team skills
- Customer and service-oriented working style
- Willingness to participate in temporary emergency duty and a driving license of class B
