Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Building Manager to carry out smaller repairs and maintenance work on site for our industrial customers. The role involves monitoring technical building equipment, contacting and commissioning skilled workers, and providing customer-oriented customer service.
Requirements
- Completed training in the craftsmanship sector
- First professional experience in a comparable position as a building manager, technical building manager, object technician or a profession with a technical background
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1) as well as a valid work permit
- Communication and team skills
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented working style
