Job Description
Enova International is seeking a Compliance Associate to support its online lending business with compliance testing and monitoring. This role involves implementing and monitoring policies and procedures, conducting testing, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with regulations. The position requires a candidate with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and collaborate.
Requirements
- Perform compliance related testing and monitoring procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
- Assist in the development of compliance testing and monitoring strategies.
- Complete validation work related to the issue management program.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
