Job Description
Enova is seeking a Compliance Lead to assist in the development and implementation of regulatory programs and policies. The role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations like consumer financial guidelines, identifying risks, responding to inquiries, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US consumer financial regulations and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CRCM designation preferred
- Knowledge of US consumer financial regulatory requirements
- Experience with state/federal financial regulatory agencies (desirable)
- Ability to independently perform regulatory research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Willingness to learn and assist with compliance-related projects
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
