Requirements

• 2 years of experience in inside sales or a call center sales environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (B2 level) and Dutch (C1 level)
• Proven ability to qualify leads and manage the sales cycle
• Strong communication skills and customer empathy
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
