Development Engineer

Development Engineer position at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, a global leader of mission-critical hardware and systems solutions. The successful candidate will lead internal and external projects, responsible for technical and schedule aspects from concept through development, qualification and production.

Requirements

• BS/MS in an engineering discipline
• 4-5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Ability to apply customer requirements and government/military specifications to design
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated competency in problem solving and root cause analysis
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
