Development Engineer position at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, responsible for leading technical teams and managing projects from concept to production.

Requirements

• BS/MS in an engineering discipline
• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Strong time and task management skills
• Ability to evaluate, understand, and apply customer requirements and government/military specifications to design
• Demonstrated experience generating 3D models & 2D drawings, SolidWorks preferred
• Capable of interpreting GD&T
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills for interaction with various levels of management and customers
• Ability to adapt to project changes and overcome technical challenges
• Demonstrated competency in problem solving and root cause analysis
