Chef de Produit – Monitoring & Control (H/F)

ENSTO Novexia is a subsidiary of the Finnish group ENSTO, specializing in electrical equipment for medium and low voltage networks. The company is looking for a Product Manager to develop a product offering strategy and lead the development of new technologies.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (electrical engineering, electrical engineering) or equivalent, ideally supplemented by an MBA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, engineering or R&D in industrial or energy environments.
• Technical expertise in the development of electrical or electronic products.
• Solid experience with Agile or Stage Gate methods for product development.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Customer-oriented, with a marked empathy to understand and translate their needs into concrete solutions.
• Communication skills in writing and speaking to federate internal and external stakeholders.
• English: Intermediate level.
