Responsable Administration des Ventes (H/F)

Ensto Novexia is a subsidiary of the Finnish group Ensto, specializing in the design, manufacture, and marketing of electrical equipment for medium and low voltage networks. We are looking for a Sales Administration Responsible to lead the entire customer order processing process, from receipt to completion, and to ensure the smooth operation of processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree in international trade or commercial management
• 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a total experience of 8 years in the field
• Mastery of office software, ERP, and EDI systems
• Good knowledge of export techniques (Incoterms, Customs, L/C, guarantees, international transport)
• Knowledge of Credit Management and credit insurance techniques
• Professional English required; Spanish mastery is an asset
