The Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering role involves optimizing existing processes, implementing new ones, and ensuring production goals are consistently met in a highly regulated and complex production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in specification review and project implementation under guidance.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, PLC programming, or similar tools.
- Proven expertise in electrical/electronic system design and development.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and machine processes.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing and semiconductor systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects, perform analysis, and deliver structured reports.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and software proficiency.
- Adaptable, quick learner, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Experience with design and process FMEA is a plus.
- Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
