Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering, with a strong foundation in core concepts and tools.
- Practical knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Proficient in AutoCAD for layout design and skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
