Job Description
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll coordination, salary and wage adjustments, and employee benefits administration for Enterprise Management Solutions and the companies it contractually services.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of payroll and/or benefits experience required
- Experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings preferred
- SHRM certification and 13 AIHR certifications
