Talent Acquisition Specialist 2

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to support the staffing needs of multiple companies managed by Enterprise Management.

Requirements

• Post job openings and manage applicant tracking systems across multiple organizations
• Conduct phone screens, candidate assessments, and interview coordination with hiring teams
• Create and maintain candidate pools for high-volume, mission-critical roles
• Maintain weekly hiring activity reports and provide regular updates to HR leadership
• Draft and send offer letters, facilitate reference checks, and initiate background screenings
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation in partnership with HR generalists
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for positions the Specialist recruits for
• Participate in employee orientation tasks as scheduled by the supervisor
• Attend and participate in regular HR and team meetings as scheduled by the supervisor
• Maintain a centralized list of approved staffing agencies and coordinate with them to support urgent or temporary staffing needs
