Seasonal Customer Experience Representative - Yampa Valley Regional Airport

National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car are seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to provide superior, friendly, and efficient customer service and transactions at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport. The role involves a positive rental experience for customers, verification of driver information, and facilitating the rental process, including vehicle inspection, rental contract completion, and communication with vendors. This position is seasonal, starting December 8, 2025 and ending April 12, 2026.

Requirements

• Meet and greet customers professionally and efficiently
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions
• Offer additional customer assistance with vehicle features and options
• Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
• Assist with vehicle condition assessment and reporting
• Maintain knowledge and skills through training and development
