Job Description
Inside Sales Manager role overseeing sales professionals and lead generators in the Foreign Exchange industry. Lead a sales team, create and roll out strategy, coach and motivate to deliver results. Proven track record of successful leadership within a B2B sales environment.
Requirements
- University education in business/marketing
- Hands-on and professional leadership style with a passion for sales and a sense of urgency
- Minimum 3 years sales experience plus 2 more years of sales management experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid computer skills, including competency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
