This is a rare executive assistant role for a Chief of Staff in Training. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Expert user of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency).
