Job Description
Join Envalior as an HR Business Partner and support our business and leadership teams. As HRBP, you will act as a strategic and operational partner, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, building a high-performance culture, and ensuring a safe, engaged, and capable workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong business acumen, people, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a global context, cultural sensitivity, and inclusiveness
- Analytical, agile, and comfortable navigating change and transformation
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong understanding of local labor law and HR compliance
