We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Sound United Business Unit in Eindhoven, Netherlands on a 1-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across Europe to build a strong, engaging, and high-performing workplace, and will operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on HR practitioner. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple European countries, providing hands-on support and expert HR guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in an international or multi-country environment
- Strong knowledge of European employment law
- Proven experience working with a German Works Council and/or within the German regulatory context
- Ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and exercise sound judgment
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change delivery, and post-acquisition integration
- Fluency in Dutch, and English; German or French is an advantage
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet capabilities and confidence working with data and reporting
- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS
