Job Description
Envalior is seeking a Team Lead Customer Service Representative to act as the vital link between CSRs and customer processes. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, ensuring efficient customer interactions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The team lead will enhance the entire order-to-cash cycle from customer placement to payment collection, focusing on customer needs and adhering to policies. This position requires strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
Requirements
- Oversee and enhance OTC processes through effective monitoring and support.
- Integrate KPIs into daily tasks and monitor their development.
- Perform weekly analyses of accounts receivable and identify payment patterns.
- Lead a sub-team and manage HR-related tasks.
