Job Description
envelio is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their product lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing usage and expansion. The role involves coordinating activities, analyzing feedback, and driving sustainable customer success. They value ownership, growth, and continuous improvement within a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable subject
- Knowledge of planning and operation of electrical networks
- Experience with direct customer contact and maintaining lasting relationships
- Strong written and spoken German and English communication skills
- Experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management, or related fields
