Join envelio as Engineering Manager - Core Team and lead a backend-driven engineering squad to ensure the platform remains robust and consistent, enabling long-term scaling and feature extension capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven skillset to lead and manage a cross-functional group of Software Engineers
- Strong experience in the development of web applications
- Experience in growing and forming a diverse team by recruiting and subsequent team building
- Excellent communication skills
- Business-fluent in English (Level C1)
