Job Description
As Engineering Manager SRE & Infrastructure, you will lead a technical engineering squad and drive operational excellence across the department. You will coach and mentor direct reports, work with stakeholders, and evolve the squad by identifying and attracting talents. You will also contribute to technical concepts and shape engineering practices.
Requirements
- Proven skillset to lead and manage a cross-functional group of Software Engineers
- Strong experience operating applications in the cloud on Kubernetes
- Experience growing and forming a diverse team by recruiting and subsequent teambuilding
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with parts of our tech stack and confidence to work with it
