We're looking for a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service engineers, deliver on-site services, and coach and train engineers in water treatment systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field service engineering, ideally within water treatment or similar technical environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical teams.
- Comfortable working on the tools and managing team operations.
- Knowledge of RAMS, ISO standards, and safety audits is a plus.
