Job Description
Technogym is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to manage the performance and costs of a new team of engineers. This hybrid role involves visiting customers, ensuring adherence to repair protocols, and resolving customer complaints. The role focuses on improving efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction through detailed audits and process improvement.
Requirements
- Product technical knowledge
- Leadership experience of at least 3 years
- Problem solving and organizational skills
- Expertise in root cause analysis/troubleshooting
- Electronic/Mechanical engineering expertise
- Knowledge of ERP systems and databases
- Knowledge of ICT and office automation tools
- English fluency
