Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, operations, or a similar analytical role
• Based in Latin America and fluent in English (advanced to near-native level)
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and advanced functions)
• Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable presenting data in engaging, visual ways
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across time zones
• Excellent communicator and collaborative problem-solver with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
