The company is seeking a Data-Driven Planning Analyst to join their Wholesale Demand Planning team. This role is focused on maintaining accurate inventory visibility across retail stores, warehouses, and vendor networks to optimize product flow, drive sales efficiency, and provide actionable insights for supply chain, planning, and sales strategies. The analyst will track data at a store level and proactively manage inventory using tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or retail/wholesale operations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, multi-tab models)
• Experience handling purchase orders (POs), transfer orders (TOs), and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills in cross-functional settings
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
