The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth professional services, consulting, or technology firm
- Direct experience leading M&A initiatives is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations Management required; MBA or CPA highly preferred
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and accounting principles
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale operational strategies that drive business objectives
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and experience implementing enterprise systems
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive and cross-functional communication
