Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will contribute to our continued growth by leading all operational, project management, and analytical support to the go-to-market teams, driving the business's management cadence, and improving overall sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Lead the definition and upkeep of generic services pricing
• Lead and/or review specific deal or variation pricing and margin determination
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations leadership to develop and maintain a model for sales design and management
• Improve overall sales effectiveness by enhancing our sales methodology
• Partner with sales management to define and produce or enhance reporting to measure sales force productivity
• Provide analytics to support the annual sales quota and sales organizational planning process
• Facilitate sales forecast calls and deal reviews
• Develop standards for sales excellence
• Partner on the execution of tech stack
• Direct and manage the updating of sales process
• Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Support channel partners
• Ensure proper lead management processes
• Collaborate with the Marketing team
