Job Description
EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Lead Audio Visual Field Technician to oversee the deployment and maintenance of AV/TelePresence technologies for client sites. The role involves leading teams, ensuring optimal system performance, and acting as a technical escalation point. This is a full-time, 70% travel position requiring project reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment (Extron, Cisco, Crestron, AMX).
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and perform necessary configurations.
- Experience with AV/VC integrations.
- Agile mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and technical curiosity.
- Willingness to travel and work globally.
- Reliable and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
