Job Description
EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Lead Audio Visual Field Technician to oversee the deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence technologies for client sites. The role involves leading installation teams, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing technical escalation. The position requires up to 70% travel and involves travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and project updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams
- Hands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans
- Experience with AV/VC integrations
- Agile mindset with strong sense of urgency
- Highly responsive and efficient
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel globally
