Job Description
EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of IT service delivery, including IT Asset Management and Service Desk services. This role involves ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. The manager will be responsible for improving service performance, problem resolution, and strategic development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in service delivery management
- Proven ability to lead service reviews and manage SLAs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing technical service teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional proficiency in English
