Job Description
EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure the successful execution of IT service delivery, including asset management and service desk services. This role involves managing SLAs, KPIs, and customer relationships, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient service delivery to meet customer expectations. The manager will also develop service governance, and strategic improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in service delivery management within the IT/Technology industry.
- Proven ability to lead service reviews, manage SLAs, and ensure service excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with senior leaders and customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing technical service teams, ensuring skills development and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT service management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Experience in operational management of managed services and outsource contracts.
- Professional proficiency in English.
