Food & Beverage Manager

Food & Beverage Manager responsible for maintaining a smooth-running operation, monitoring beverage quality and service level, and providing a pleasant atmosphere for staff and guests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant/banquet experience
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Hotel experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Serve Safe Certification
• TIPS Certification
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs
• Leadership and motivation skills
