Lead all resort F&B outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences, oversee P&Ls, and manage large teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor strategy, and cost controls
- Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to lead through busy service periods
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
