HR Business Partner for cadooz, responsible for advising executives, designing change processes, and developing modern HR structures. Work as a bridge builder between business and HR, contributing to the development of a future-proof corporate culture.
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on HR or a comparable training
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the German-speaking region
- Very good knowledge of German labor and social security law
