Job Description
MOLL bauökologische Produkte GmbH seeks an HR Business Partner to join its team in Schwetzingen. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Führungskräfte and Mitarbeitende in various HR areas, including recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and HR trends. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of HR systems and processes, and excellent communication and coaching skills.
